Steven Iwerson

Steven Iwersen is the founder of Aurora Pointe, LLC, a speaking and leadership development firm. As a Keynote speaker and leadership specialist, Steven breaks through the usual with the unexpected and creates moments that encourage personal and practical insights. He is the author of Chasing Porcupines: How To Lead Prickly People, and the creator of Personality Jazz: Creating Harmony at Work, a new perspective on personalities and how to improve communication in the workplace. He lives in the Kansas City area with his wife, Brandy, where they enjoy great Jazz music and the world's best BBQ.

Jeff Lanza

Jeff Lanza was an FBI Special Agent for over 20 years. He investigated corruption, fraud, organized crime cyber crime, human trafficking and terrorism. He has appeared on the Today Show, Good Morning America, Dateline and Larry King Live, among others. He is passionate about keeping people and organizations safe from risk. Using real life examples and FBI cases, he educates audiences on the topics of Identity Theft, Cyber Fraud, Crisis Communication and Leadership Ethics. He has presented to more than 15,000 audience members throughout the world including keynote presentations at Hallmark, Citigroup, Swiss Re, Wells Fargo, American Century and many others. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
